I agree to participate in all projects/productions undertaken the NICS described below and hereby authorise the NICS and/or its agents to make full use of my:

  • Photographs
  •  Voice
  •  Original materials
  •  Freelance skills in making a production in any audio and/or video medium for the NICS own purposes.
  •  Projects and productions can range from entering a variety of competitions, being on local radio, television, in newspapers and digital presentations and portfolios.

I acknowledge that the NICS is not bound to make use of the material listed in Item 1 of this Consent Form in the completed project or any subsequent project.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from the NICS in respect of my involvement in the project and use by the NICS of any part of the project that was produced with my assistance.

I acknowledge that I have no claim to copyright in any aspect or portion of the material and that copyright in the material shall vest in the NICS .

I agree that the material may be used in all formats and media, as representations, reproductions or adaptations either complete or in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording or drawing, for all uses including the NICS  advertising and commercial purposes without need for further consent or permission from me.

You agree to abide by the NICS rules, regulations and Policies (available from the NICS website) and acknowledge that facilities made available for my use will be used only in accordance with principles of proper use and relevant rules.
